Election Of OfficersThe President remains Mr H J Barton. The Vice Presidents were re-elected en bloc. The Treasurer remains Andy Wood, Chairman remains Lindsey Pearson and Secretary is still Steve Wood. Captains / Vice CaptainsTim Quirke has stepped down as 1st XI captain and has been replaced by Lindsey Pearson. Tim has, however agreed to keep some responsibility and was elected 1st XI Vice Captain. The 2nd XI captain will remain Andy Goddard, however the vice captain will be Andy Challenger, who is also Captain and League representative for the Whixley Evening League XI. FundraisingThe race nights had been a huge success, the 70s night also a success, although to a lesser extent. Andy Goddard was thanked for running the Bonusball throughout the season. Phil Wood was thanked for his efforts in the Great North Run. PlayersWe're short of them! If we are to continue being a competitive team in the Wetherby League, we need to find some new players and soon. We ARE still competitive and proved that towards the end of the season. It's a shame we didn't prove it towards the start. Playing It SafeOther things were also discussed which shall remain with the attendees of the AGM only.
